Welcome to Driftless Money. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. What Driftless Money is
Driftless Money is a personal tracker and reminder tool for people who pound-cost average into publicly traded stocks and ETFs. Driftless Money does not execute trades, hold customer funds, connect to your brokerage, or route orders. All trades happen at your own broker, on your own initiative.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction to use Driftless Money.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Not financial advice
Nothing in Driftless Money — including ideas, watchlists, price alerts, coach responses, or projections — is investment, tax, or legal advice. Driftless Money is a self-directed tool. See the full disclaimer.
5. Market data
Quotes and historical data are provided by third-party sources on an "as available" basis. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Do not rely on Driftless Money as your source of truth for trade execution.
6. Acceptable use
Don't scrape the service, reverse engineer it, resell access, or use it to harass others. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel or delete your account at any time. Paid subscriptions stop at the end of the current billing period; we don't offer pro-rated refunds unless required by law.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Driftless Money is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or investment outcomes.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Driftless Money and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including investment losses arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
