This page describes what data Driftless Money collects and how it's used. Driftless Money is maintained by its owner to answer common privacy questions.

What we collect

Account data: email address and authentication credentials when you sign up.

App data: the plans, watchlists, price alerts, and buy history you enter into Driftless Money.

Usage data: anonymized page views and feature usage to understand what's working.

What we don't collect

Driftless Money has no brokerage integration. We never receive your brokerage credentials, account balances, or actual holdings. Everything you log in Driftless Money is what you enter manually.

How your data is used

To run the app: sign you in, show your portfolio, send price alerts you've enabled, and answer your coach questions. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Subprocessors

Driftless Money runs on Lovable Cloud (hosting, database, auth). Market data is retrieved from third-party quote providers. AI coach responses are generated via the Lovable AI Gateway.

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time; associated data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Email support@driftless.app to make a request.

Cookies

Driftless Money uses essential cookies to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.
